Packages are normally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment if the products are available. They are shipped via a carrier with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via our carrier and delivered against a signature. You must contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. In all cases, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Please note that shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Delivery

We can ship to any address worldwide. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and therefore some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote page.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items we sell are calculated by weight. The weight of an item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up.

Return policy

You can return an unopened item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if we find a problem with the order. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for an incorrect or defective item).

You will be refunded within four weeks of your package being sent to the sender. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the sender (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and then click the Return Items button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
