A bar of Organic Dark Chocolate 70% & Citrus Crystals has been elaborated from a blend of cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic and Peru on which the artisan has sprinkled agave crystals of lemon, bergamot, mandarin and orange.

With a cocoa content of 70%, the chocolate is intense, full-bodied, without bitterness. The citrus fruits provide a refreshing flavour that lasts a long time on the palate.

The chocolates are designed, produced and packaged with care in the heart of the Royal City. In the Bonange workshop, the scent of cocoa mingles with the fragrance of citrus, mint, caramel... This is the sanctuary of the Maison Bonange.
