This category is essentially dedicated to food products. We have selected different products from the craft industry such as: jam, spread or olive oil from Nyons.
All our artisans work with natural ingredients that come from their region. The CAJMI team is continuously looking for new artisans to offer our customers a choice.
To do this, we have gone to meet our artisans, experts in their fields, some in jam and syrup, others in spreads or in the well known PDO Nyons olive oil.
We work with artisans from different horizons: Belgian, French, Malagasy, ... However, they all have one thing in common : artisanship and the desire to make you discover their delicious products which are made with passion and love for generations.
Our artisans are : Bernadette de Lavernette,L'artisan Tartineur,Moulin de haute Provence and finally the syrup factory of Aubel.
A spread with hazelnut mixed with macaroons. A real treat! Our spreads are made without palm oils and hydrogenated oils. The artisan spreader uses sunflower oil as well as hazelnuts and macaroons.

A bar of Organic Milk Chocolate 45% & Crocanti Hazelnuts has been elaborated from a blend of cocoa beans originating from the Dominican Republic and Peru on which the artisan has sprinkled pieces of hazelnuts.
Sukari dates
Sukkari dates are soft and sweet, with an extra soft chewy texture. Golden in colour and very smooth with a sweet caramel taste. The perfect alternative to sweet treats. They are large and oval in shape. It is a variety often eaten with coffee.
Organic Dark Chocolate 70% & Christmas Mendiant
A bar of Organic Dark Chocolate 70% & Christmas Mendiant has been elaborated from a blend of cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic and Peru on which the artisan has sprinkled Goji berries, Pistachios and whole Hazelnuts.
Khodri dates
This date is very rich in fibre and contains many important minerals. Khodri dates are mainly grown in the western oases of Saudi Arabia. It has a moderate sweetness and the taste is also pleasant. Ideal for use as natural sugar in desserts.
Flavor and garnish your culinary preparations or your teas and infusions with the petals. Also, use these hibiscus petals as a garnish for you favorite (floral) gin and tonic!

A bar of Organic Milk Chocolate 45% & Fleur de Sel has been elaborated from a blend of cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic and Peru on which the artisan has sprinkled fleur de sel harvested by hand on the Ile de Ré.
