Shipping of your package

Free delivery to a collection point for orders over €69

Packages are generally shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment, subject to product availability. Shipping is via courier with a tracking number, and delivery is made without signature. Shipping via our courier with signature upon delivery is also possible. In this case, please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional charges. We will always send you a link to track your package online.

Please note that shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we take extra care with fragile items.

The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Delivery

We can ship worldwide. Please note that some products are subject to restrictions and therefore cannot be shipped internationally.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping option. Depending on the selected carrier, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote page.

Please note that shipping costs for many items are calculated based on their weight. The weight of each item is listed on its product page. In accordance with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest whole number.

Return policy

You can return an unopened item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if we find a problem with the order. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item).

You will be refunded within four weeks of your package being sent to the sender. However, in many cases, you will receive your refund sooner. This timeframe includes the transit time for your return to arrive (5 to 10 business days), the processing time for your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the processing time for your bank to issue your refund (5 to 10 business days).

To return an item, log in to your account, view your order via the "Completed Orders" link in the "My Account" menu, and then click the "Return an Item" button. We will notify you by email of the refund once the returned item has been received and processed.
