Shipping Your Package


Packages are normally shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via a carrier with a tracking number and delivered without requiring a signature. Packages can also be shipped via our carrier and delivered with signature confirmation. You must contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional charges. In all cases, we will send you a link to track your package online.


Please note that shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. The boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are properly protected. Delivery: We can ship to any address worldwide. Please note that there are restrictions on certain products, and therefore some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you select, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote page.

Please also note that the shipping costs for many items we sell are calculated based on weight. The weight of such an item can be found on its details page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded.

Return Policy
You can return an unopened item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for an incorrect or defective item).

Your refund will be processed within four weeks of your package being sent to the relevant carrier. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund sooner. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the sender (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and then click the Return Items button. We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
