These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and shipment of goods in Europe via our website, www.cajmi.com. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By confirming that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions when validating your order on our website, you accept them without reservation.

These terms and conditions of sale, together with your order confirmation, constitute the contract between us for the supply of goods. No other terms and conditions apply. The contract may only be modified with the mutual agreement of the parties, in writing or by email.
All users of our site may keep a copy of these terms and conditions of sale in electronic or printed form.
All products are shipped from our warehouses located in Brussels, Belgium.
We make every effort to ensure that product information is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee its continuous availability. The information on our website does not constitute an endorsement or representation of any product. All product images, illustrations, and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. For further information, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page. We make every effort to accurately display the characteristics of our products, including colors. However, the color displayed may vary depending on your computer system and its settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact color reproduction on your computer. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to change the product information displayed on our website, including, without limitation, information regarding prices, descriptions, and product availability. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected. Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We may refuse your order at any time if:
(i) You have provided incorrect information, including, but not limited to, insufficient or incorrect bank details, incorrect billing information, an insufficient or incorrect delivery address, or fraudulent information;
(ii) An error has occurred on our site concerning the products you have ordered; for example, an error concerning the price or description of the products displayed on our website;
(iii) The products you ordered are no longer available on our website;
(iv) We believe you are under 18 years of age.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for removing products from the Site, deleting or altering information or content on the Site, refusing to process an order, or suspending a transaction after we have begun to process it.
If we are unable to accept or process your order, we will contact you promptly by email or telephone, and no later than 30 days after the date of your order. If we are unable to accept or process your order due to product unavailability, or due to a pricing error and/or other information error regarding the products ordered, we will contact you and offer alternative products that may be of interest to you. If you do not accept our suggestions, we will cancel your order for the products we cannot supply and fully refund any payments made for those products.
If you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email will contain the relevant details of your order (quantities, prices, and delivery terms). Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Unless you cancel, your order will be shipped. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email informing you that we have shipped all or part of the items ordered. We will not accept any cancellations made by any means other than that described above. Once your order has been processed, you may only exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedure stipulated in Article 8 below.
We make every effort to ensure that the product information displayed on our website is always accurate. However, at the time of your order, it is possible that some products may unfortunately be out of stock, particularly if stock levels were low at the time of your order. If we are unable to ship your order within 30 days of the date of your order, we will contact you to ask if you wish to cancel your order, in whole or in part. In this case, we will refund the price of the items. If we do not receive a reply to our email or any voicemail we may leave, we will send you a reminder email. If you do not contact us within 3 days, we will cancel your order in full and refund the price of the items. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-descriptive goods.
Product prices are displayed on our website and will be confirmed in the automatic order confirmation email you will receive after placing your order.
All prices are in euros and include VAT, but do not include delivery charges.
Delivery charges may apply to your order, as indicated on our website at the time of checkout. These charges depend on the order total and the delivery method chosen. To view our delivery charges and applicable terms and conditions, please visit our Delivery page. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products on our website at any time without prior notice. These price changes will not affect your order once we have accepted it and sent you a confirmation email.
If we discover a pricing error on the items you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or telephone, and you will have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount paid or credit your account.
We accept most major payment cards: Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, PayPal, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment must be made in the currency indicated on your order before it is confirmed.
If you pay by credit card, you must provide your card details when placing your order. Your card will be charged the total amount of your order upon receipt. Your order will only be accepted after your bank authorizes payment for the items ordered. We will then proceed with shipping. In the event of a payment refusal, we will contact you. We reserve the right to verify the cardholder's identity by requesting the necessary documentation.
We take all reasonable precautions to secure our site and prevent fraud. All credit card transactions made on this site are processed by Stripe, a secure payment platform that automatically stores and processes your payment information in a secure environment. Please note that we may, at any time and at our sole discretion, restrict the shipment of goods to certain countries or regions that we deem to be at high risk of fraud.
If you pay with PayPal or Hipay, you will need to log in to your account with your email address and password to confirm the payment. If you don't have a PayPal or Hipay account, you can still pay with PayPal in up to 10 installments; you will then be asked to enter your personal details and credit card information. Your items will be shipped once your payment has been processed. If we do not receive payment within 30 days of your order date, your order will be canceled.
We will ship the goods to the delivery address indicated on your order confirmation. However, we can only send you order-related documents by email, to the email address you provided when placing your order.
1-1 Payment Terms: All invoices are payable in cash at the registered office of CAJMI SRL, unless otherwise agreed. Any late payment will result in the immediate collection of all outstanding invoices. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries, services, and benefits, and to consider the contract automatically and without notice as terminated in whole or in part.
1-2 Interest: In the event of non-payment of the invoice within the allotted time, legal interest at the rate of 11% (in accordance with the law of August 2, 2002 relating to late payments in commercial transactions) will be automatically charged without prior notice, from the due date of the invoice until the date of receipt of payment.
1-3 Credit Limitation: The invoice amount will be increased by a fixed rate of 2%, applicable in the event of payment received after the due date. This fixed rate does not preclude the application of the interest mentioned above.
1-4 Compensation: In the event of non-payment of the invoice within the allotted time, its amount will be increased, automatically and without formal notice, by 15%, with a minimum of 75 euros, as a fixed compensation for extrajudicial costs, without prejudice to court costs and late payment interest.

Products ordered on this site can only be delivered within Europe.
Delivery will be made by a standard carrier during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). As soon as we hand your order over to our carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. We will only proceed with delivery after receiving payment. We will make every effort to ensure delivery is made within the timeframes indicated in our delivery terms and conditions. However, any delivery date or time we provide will only be an estimate, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage you may incur due to a delivery delay beyond our control.
If no one is available to receive the goods at the delivery address provided, the carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox.
Ownership and risk of loss or damage to the goods will transfer to you on the day of delivery.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from CAJMI SRL. However, we understand if you wish to return an item. Items delivered in error, incomplete, damaged, or not as described, or if you have simply changed your mind, can be returned to us by following the procedure below and within the timeframes indicated on our Delivery page, in the Returns Policy section.

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods, allowing CAJMI SRL, Parvis Saint-Pierre, 1180 Brussels, to withdraw without penalty and without having to justify a reason.
If you are a consumer established in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order placed with us under Article 47 of the Belgian Law of 6 April 2010 on commercial practices and consumer protection (transposing the European Directive on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts) (the "Distance Selling Regulations").
If you wish to cancel your order in accordance with distance selling regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods. In this case, we will refund you in full, including the delivery charges paid when you placed your order.
Please follow the procedure below to return goods in accordance with distance selling regulations:

(iii) You must return the entire order at your own expense if you have already received it. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and packaging and undamaged.
If you return your items in accordance with distance selling regulations, the delivery charges paid when you placed your order will be fully refunded.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that as long as the goods remain in your possession, you have an obligation to ensure that they are kept safe and in good condition.
We will usually process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items, but this may take up to 30 days during peak periods.
These general terms and conditions of sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the supply of goods. Except as otherwise provided in this article, no warranty, condition, or stipulation other than those set forth herein shall be enforceable against us concerning the supply, failure to supply, or delay in supplying the goods.
Any warranty, condition, or other provision relating to the supply of goods that might be implied or incorporated into the contract under applicable law, jurisprudence, or the law in force in your country of residence or in which you purchased the goods is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In particular, we will not be liable for:
(i) any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business activity, loss of turnover or loss of goodwill;
(ii) any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable due to a breach by us of our contractual obligations or our legal duty of care. A loss or damage is "reasonably foreseeable" if, at the time of entering into the contract between you and us, such loss or damage could have been foreseen (or should reasonably have been foreseen) by either party, or if you advised us that such loss might occur due to a breach by us of our contractual obligations or our legal duty of care.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, these general terms and conditions of sale shall in no way limit or exclude our liability in this respect.
(i) death or bodily injury caused by our negligence;
(ii) fraud;
(iii) any failure to comply with obligations arising from applicable mandatory national laws relating to the enforcement of property rights,
(iv) any liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law.
These general terms and conditions of sale do not in any way affect your rights as a consumer under the law, nor your right of withdrawal stipulated in Article 8 above.
You agree and understand that we may store, process, and use the data collected during your registration on the Site in order to process your order. We will process your data in accordance with the law.
In addition to information about your purchases on our online store, we collect certain personal data (first and last name, postal code, email address, and bank details, such as your credit card information). This data must be accurate and truthful. We will use it only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the contract between us, namely processing your order, processing your payment, and delivering the products ordered. We will make every effort to fulfill our obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale. However, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: force majeure, explosion, flood, fire, or accident; war or civil unrest; strike, industrial dispute, or work stoppage; any form of governmental intervention; act or omission of a third party; failure of our suppliers; failure on your part to provide us with a correct delivery address or to notify us of any change of address; or failure on your part to pay. We constantly monitor the quality of the products we offer our customers to ensure their satisfaction. Our products are distributed exclusively through our own stores and those of our authorized resellers. It is forbidden to impersonate an authorized reseller or claim to be qualified to resell our products. We reserve the right to refuse any order if we suspect an intention to resell.
