This coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,600 m in the Bolivian Andes, near La Paz. Hand-harvested and wet-processed with a 14-hour fermentation process, it reflects precise artisanal know-how. Bolivia, still little known for its coffee production, nevertheless benefits from an ideal climate that allows it to produce exceptional vintages. Caffeine content: 1.26%.
