Primarily grown in the Chiapas and Oaxaca regions, Mexican coffee benefits from an exceptional natural terroir. Volcanic soils, high altitude, and traditional, certified organic farming practices produce a pure, aromatic, and perfectly balanced bean. It is a smooth, bright, and surprisingly refined coffee.
