100% natural, this exceptional honey artisanally harvested in the rainforests of Tasmania hides beneath its light color intense vegetal and subtly "musky" notes. Its soft texture with fine crystallization makes it very spreadable.

Rarity index 9/10: extremely rare due to the unique ecosystem of the Eucryphia lucida (a tree endemic to Tasmania), a short flowering period (austral summer) and tightly regulated harvesting (protected areas). Unheated and jarred in Belgium.
