100% natural and certified organic, this honey from limonium flowers (sea lavender) artisanally harvested on the salt islets of the Venetian lagoon is tasted in stages: sweetness quickly gives way to bitterness, then to saltiness, in a pairing unique in the world that recalls our salted butter caramel. A texture both very firm and chewy like a toffee candy.

Origin and quality guaranteed by ALS/Bologna and CARI/Louvain-la-Neuve analyses - dominant pollen: 90%, moisture: 14.5%, HMF: 12.1.

Rarity index 10/10: harvested once a year (September) when weather permits, it is the most select of Italian honeys; a vintage gem reserved for connoisseurs that is not usually intended for export. Jarred in Belgium.
