• speculoos pieces (WHEAT flour, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed),
• candy sugar syrup,
• raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, SOY flour, salt, cinnamon),
• chocolate chips (cocoa paste, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin (0.33%), vanilla extract),
• candied orange (orange peel,
• wheat syrup,
• water,
• blond cane sugar,
• acidity regulator: citric acid),
• cinnamon,
• star anise,
• sugar pearl,
• cardamom,
• nutmeg,
• ginger,
• candied ginger (ginger, sugar),
• clove.

• 12g-15g per liter
• 3-5 min
• 95°C
