Matcha preparation suggestion

• Put about 2g of Matcha (2 spoons) in a bowl.
• Add 7 cl of hot water at approximately 70°C .
• Mix vigorously with a whisk (chasen), crushing the powder well until you obtain a smooth and frothy texture.
